The bottle caps machine is rugged and durable with stainless steel construction and rubberized feet. Height is adjustable to fit for 7.8-118.1 in/20-300 mm high bottles with the foldable lifting handwheel.

Induction Sealing
Two pure copper induction coils bring the high temperature in an instant to melt aluminum foil for adhering to the bunghole, fast and efficient. Seal the cap properly with no leakage.
Transmission Device
The thickened PVC conveyor belt has a 6kg load capacity. The delivery is smooth and stable. The inlet is adjustable to guide the bottle with the guide rail device. Applicable bottle diameter: 1.2-2.75 in/30-70 mm.
Heat Dissipation
The induction sealer bottle cap sealing adopts the forced cooling technology of air cooling. Industrial fans and ventilation vents equipped in all heating parts ensure long continuous work.
